Why choose us

One crew. The whole problem.

Most companies either find leaks or dig. A few do both but leave the yard a mess. We locate acoustically, excavate with our own machine, repair or replace, rebuild the drains, and put the property back, 24 hours a day.

01

We locate before we dig. Every time.

The cheapest part of the job is the locate, and it controls everything after it. A pinpointed break means one small excavation in the right place. A guess means a trench across the yard and a bigger bill. We carry an acoustic ground microphone, a leak noise correlator and a pipe locator on every truck, and we use them on every pressurized line before a shovel goes in.

02

The excavator is ours. So is the crew.

We own our mini excavator, our pumps, our lights and our ground protection, and we run them ourselves. There is no subcontractor to schedule, no second company to wait on, and no open hole left in your yard between the locate and the dig. One crew is accountable for the whole job, and that crew is us.

03

We tell you the truth about the pipe.

Repair or replace is decided with the pipe exposed and in your hand, not from the driveway. Sound pipe with one failure gets a spot repair and we'll say so. Polybutylene, rusted galvanized, brittle poly or a line that has failed twice gets a straight recommendation to replace, and we'll show you why. We'd rather lose a replacement sale than have you call us back next winter.

04

Restoration is part of the job.

Gravel bedding, backfill in compacted lifts, tracer wire, regrading, seed or sod, gravel raked back, beds rebuilt, pavers reset. When we leave, the only evidence we were there is that the water works and the meter has stopped spinning.

05

We answer at 2 a.m. and we come.

Leaks don't keep business hours. We answer the phone around the clock and dispatch with pumps, lights, locating gear and the excavator on the first trip. A lot of our emergency work happens after dark at condominium complexes and on flooded driveways, and we're set up for it.

06

We're a Kitsap company.

We're based in Central Kitsap. Silverdale, Bremerton, Tracyton and Keyport are minutes away; the whole county is our everyday range; Bainbridge is across the Agate Pass Bridge, not across the Sound on a ferry. We know the till, the outwash, the clay, the utilities and the housing stock because we dig in them every week.

07

We do the drain work too.

A wet crawlspace is usually a drainage problem, and a leaking service line and a failed footing drain often share the same trench. We handle footing drains, French drains, downspout lines, yard drains and exterior drain replacement, which in Washington is excavation and drainage work and a core part of what we do.

08

We work commercial and multi-family too.

HOA boards, property managers and owners around the county use us for the same reasons homeowners do: one crew, a locate before the dig, and a written report afterward. Private mains between buildings, master-meter investigations run overnight, main repairs with the site secured and residents informed, phased replacements scheduled for the dry season. See the commercial section for the full list.

09

You get it in writing.

What was found, where, what it looked like, what was done, with photos. For your records, for the utility if you're requesting a bill adjustment, for an HOA board or an insurer. No mystery about what happened under your yard.

The honest comparison

Who else you could call

A locate-only company will mark the spot and leave you to find an excavator. A plumber without a machine will hand the digging to someone else and you'll wait on two schedules. A general excavation contractor without locating gear will dig where the water surfaced, which in Kitsap soil is usually the wrong place. A big-brand franchise will send whoever is on the board that day.

We're the company that does the locating, the digging, the repair, the drains and the restoration with one crew that answers the phone at night, and with licensed plumbers on the team for the water lines inside the building. That's the whole pitch.

No waiting on a second company

Most leak repairs stall between the company that found it and the company that can dig. We run our own excavators, loaders, dump trucks, trailers and compaction equipment, and we carry the locating gear for both buried and interior lines, so one crew takes the job from the first listen to the last rake stroke.
