The work, as it actually looks.
No stock photos. Every image here is from a 360 Leak Finders job on the Kitsap Peninsula: the locating, the digging, the leaks we found, and the yards we put back.

Locating and the gear
The acoustic ground microphone, the Sewerin receiver, the mini excavator with our number on the boom. This is what finds the leak and what opens the ground.

The leaks we found
Failed clamps, split fittings, pinholed pipe, all sitting in muddy water at the bottom of a pit we dug in one place because we knew where to dig.

New lines going in
Blue PEX and black HDPE on gravel bedding, brass transitions, meter boxes cleared and exposed.

Excavation, day and night
Trenches through Kitsap hardpan and roots, pits at pinpointed breaks, and the tripod lights that let us finish after dark.

Emergencies and commercial
Flooded common areas taped off, pumps running, slab leaks in commercial lower levels.

Put back together
Gravel raked, paths restored, lawns regraded. The only evidence we were there is that the water works.

Something underground isn't right?
We answer 24 hours a day. We locate before we dig, and we handle the whole job with our own crew and equipment.
