Long private mains with dozens of service taps, shallow lines, and a park owner paying the master bill. We find the tap that's leaking without digging up the street.

Manufactured home communities and RV parks are the most leak-prone private water systems in the county, and there are a lot of them around Bremerton, Port Orchard, Silverdale, Poulsbo and the north end. A single master meter feeds a main that runs the length of the park with a service tap at every space, often shallow, often a mix of materials from decades of repairs, and all of it under a park owner's bill. One leaking tap or one split in the main runs the meter around the clock, and finding it by digging up the park street is not an option.

We locate on park systems the way we locate on any private main: quantify at the master meter overnight, attribute by isolating sections at the valves that exist, trace the main and the taps, and correlate between access points to narrow the break to a space or two before the ground microphone pinpoints it. The repair happens at one spot, with the street or the lawn restored. For a park with a main that has failed repeatedly, a phased replacement in continuous HDPE with proper shutoffs at each space ends the cycle, and we'll lay that out for the owner with the system map and the failure history.

Repeated breaks on the same main

A phased replacement plan with shutoffs at each space and a map of the new system.

No drawing and no working valves

A property-wide locate and a plan to add section valves so future problems can be isolated.

FAQ

Mobile Home & RV Parks: questions

Can you keep water on to most of the park during a repair?
If section valves exist, yes. If they don't, adding them is usually the first improvement we recommend.

Something underground isn't right?

We answer 24 hours a day. We locate before we dig, and we handle the whole job with our own crew and equipment.
