Industrial & Warehouse
Large-diameter mains, fire service lines, slab-on-grade buildings and heavy truck traffic over everything. Located accurately, excavated safely, restored to carry loads.

Industrial and warehouse sites have the biggest private water systems on the peninsula: larger-diameter domestic mains, a separate underground fire service main to the riser, process water in some cases, and storm systems sized for acres of roof and pavement. All of it runs under yards that carry forklift and truck traffic, and all of it was installed when the building went up. When a fire system loses pressure between inspections or a domestic main starts running the meter, the leak is usually deep, under pavement, and expensive to guess at.
We locate on all of it. Domestic mains and fire service mains are traced and correlated between hydrants, post indicator valves, risers and building entries, and pinpointed with the ground microphone through the pavement. Fire main repairs are coordinated with the fire protection contractor on the system side; we handle the excavation, the backfill and the pavement restoration, built to carry the loads the yard sees. Storm systems get traced, flow-tested and rebuilt where trucks have crushed them.
