Churches, Schools & Campuses
Multi-building sites with old mains, big lawns, irrigation and a budget that needs a number before a repair. Investigated quietly, fixed on a schedule.

A church campus, a private school or a community facility is a multi-building site with the same private water system as a condominium complex and usually less staff to manage it. The mains are old, the lawns are large and irrigated, the buildings have slabs, and the budget committee wants to know what a problem costs before approving it. We do the quiet overnight investigation that produces that number, the locate that keeps the dig small, and the repair on a schedule that works around services and classes.
We also map these sites. A campus that has grown over decades has water, irrigation, drain and sometimes fire lines that nobody has a drawing of, and the first thing any project or emergency needs is to know where they are. A property-wide locate and a site plan is a one-time job that pays for itself the first time a contractor doesn't hit the main.
What usually goes wrong, and what we do about it
A water bill the facilities committee can't explain
An overnight master-meter investigation with a written report and a number.
A wet area on the lawn between buildings
Meter test, acoustic locate, one excavation, repair and restoration.
A planned addition or parking project
Private utilities traced and drawn before design, and trenching for new lines during construction.
A wet basement or lower level
Footing drains and downspout lines diagnosed and rebuilt.
